SQUARE(ISH) CIGAR ASHTRAYS

Because our square-shaped ashtrays come from a tree trunk that has been cut with the grain (a slab) 2 or 3 sides can be very straight while 1 or 2 of the ends are live edges. The ashtrays below can be more rectangular than square or trapezoid in shape. They vary from 12 inches long down to 5 inches in width. All available species of wood are displayed below.

We go through a 24 step process to make our ashtrays. The exterior is finished with a spar urethane while the top and bowl are finished with a heat and chemical resistant urethane finish.
