SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. We deliver in the USA and Canada.
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
1- SHIPPING COST AND TAX
We do not offer free shipping.
We do not charge any membership.
We have different shipping rates for each product. The shipping cost is stated on the product page and varies between $5 and $30. Shipping cost is also displayed on the cart and checkout pages. We offer shipping at the following rates:

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
2- TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5 PM (EST)
- Order Handling Time: 2 – 5 days (Monday – Saturday)
- Order Transit Time: 7 – 10 days (Monday – Saturday)
3- DELIVERY TERMS
We use USPS to deliver the products.
4- Who is responsible for the cost of the return shipping?
If you receive an incorrect item, an item you did not order, or if there is some problem or fault with the item, we will cover the cost of return postage. If the item is no longer required by you, you don’t like it, or you have any other problem that is not related to our service or the product, then you will need to pay for postage and return charges.
5- CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once the ordered product is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@dnpca.store or Call Us at +1774-238-8946
6- CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you receive your order, We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
7- DAMAGED PARCELS IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
8- DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- United States
- Canada
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
9- WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
